Visual Arts and Technology Showcase

A wonderful evening of Visual art, Technology and Music was celebrated by a great number of our Monivae families on Wednesday the 15th of November. The annual Year 7-10 show displayed a huge variety of work created by our talented students. Students were able to show their work to their parents, guardians and friends and enjoy many tasty treats prepared by our very own Year 7, 8 and 9 students. 

We were thrilled to have Sarah Hope from Hope and Co. officially open the show. She talked about her passion for painting and ceramics and what drove her to make it her priority in her busy life. She was impressed by the quality and variety of work in the exhibition.

I would like to congratulate all our students who have worked hard to complete such outstanding work this year. They have been guided by committed and talented staff members: Mrs Katee Mitchell, Mrs Mary Golding, Mrs Andy Kirkwood, Mrs Stacey Adams, Mr Tony Healy and Mr Tony Flavel.
