Thank you to Christelle

Thank you to those who attended our final P&F meeting for the year.

We would also like to extend a huge thank you to Christelle for her coordination of the Parent and Friends group in 2024. Thank you for thinking of the little things that help parents connect to the school and ensuring events are running smoothly.

Christelle has a new job and will not be continuing in this role in 2025, but we are please to announce that Dee Footman will be taking on this responsibility next year. Dee will be supported by Laura Worley as the Vice-Coordinator and Secretary and Bek Carpenter in the role of Treasurer.

Parent Prayer Group

We greatly appreciate the dedication of a group of parents who regularly gather to pray for the Pilgrim School community. This parent prayer group meets each Monday morning in the Oasis Kitchen area at 9.00am. We would love you to consider joining us whenever you have a Monday morning free next year. 

Parents and Friends in 2025  

It is time to start thinking about Parents and Friends in 2025! If you are interested in being a Class Liaison in 2025, we would love to hear from you. 

We are looking for 2 liaisons for each year level for Foundation - Year 6. The main role of the Class Liaison is to promote community by welcoming new families, organising at least one social event during the year, and overseeing an activity:

Foundation – School Holiday Play, Term 3 BBQ

Year 1 – Mothers’ Day Stall

Year 2 – Fathers’ Day Stall

Year 3 – New Parents’ Dinner

Year 4 – Term 1 BBQ

Year 5 – Graduation Supper

Year 6 – Graduation Decoration and Memento.
