TheirCare - Term 4, Week 8

TheirCare -Cooking Experience – Plans this week for a Chocolate cake bake off. For students who like to cook, please join us Tuesday morning’s.

What’s been happening: Dodge Ball Incursion, great fun, please see photos attached. The team sport game began with children spending time with a coach learning basic rules and strategies of how to play the game; Two opposing teams had to throw balls at each other whilst avoiding being hit themselves with an additional challenge of knocking the tennis balls off the Cones. Children appeared like they were having a lot of fun and developing team building skills.

TheirCare – Another activity added to our resources – Frog stepping Stones, where children can join in any number of Frog game activities such as Frog back crossing, Frog back Balance, Frog Back walk, the activities can range from any number of one to six players with goal in developing self-confidence, gross motor, balancing and coordination skills.

WeCare chosen Charity partner for this Term is – “Big Group Hug”. A foundation offering support for families in need. We are collecting lightly used items to donate to charity, if you have any used clothing, toys, items such as child car seat, unused toiletries, etc please feel free to bring them to Theircare; Educators will put items aside for the collection, thank you.

IMPORTANT Reminder, please, text or Phone 0437 672 793 if your child is sick or not attending ASC, this will ensure we are keeping children safe and accounted for. A child that is booked in and not in attendance, would require us to contact you, in the event we cannot reach the parent or the emergency contact by 3.55pm the police will be contacted.

Require last minute additional booking, please contact us on 0437 672 793 or email walesstreet@threircare.com.au  before 2.30pm on the day. Please ensure to Text or call prior to 3.30pm on the day, if your child is booked and change of plan occurs where by example child is collected early, unwell and not attending service.
