White Ribbon Day – Tuesday 19 November

White Ribbon Day is observed in November each year, with most countries observing it on November 25. However, in Australia, the date changes and this year it is on November 19. The day aims to raise awareness about men's violence against women and promote women's safety.

On Tuesday we will be recognising White Ribbon Day. Students and staff are invited to wear a white ribbon to signify their support of this. It is an opportunity to engage in discussion about how we can end all forms of violence, disrespect or abuse against women and girls.

Preparation for Holiday Locker Cleaning

Over the Christmas break, student lockers will be hygienically cleaned in preparation for student use at the start of 2025. During the last week of term, students will be given the opportunity to remove all personal items from their locker and remove their lock. All lockers must be empty by the last day of school. 

Any locks that remain on lockers will be cut off to allow the cleaning contractors to complete the cleaning process.

Year 12 2025 Formal – Save the Date

The Year 12 formal will be held on Saturday 1 March 2025 at Brisbane City Hall.
