The Latest News

Website

We are excited to announce the launch of St Joseph’s new website! This project began alongside my journey here in 2022, as our team worked diligently to reimagine how we showcase the distinctive attributes of St Joseph’s School. Today, we are proud to present our redesigned website.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Toni Cartlidge for her dedicated efforts in ensuring that our message is clear and centered on learning while highlighting the incredible school and community we are so proud of.

2025 Focus on Learning -

Every Child, Every Family, Every Teacher – all together, every day – guided by faith, united in purpose.

The 2025 focus on learning is to strengthen our teaching in English and to begin a new explicit method of teaching Maths. Words like InitiaLit , MAGNIFY, MacqLit and OCHRE will start to permeate our language.

What does this mean for our children?

Students will develop essential skills in reading, writing, and mathematics through a thoughtfully designed curriculum. Our collaboration with Jocelyn Seamer this year has positioned us for ongoing success in 2025 and beyond. We remain dedicated to equipping our staff with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality learning experiences for all students.

We are committed to reinforcing the value of education and consistently supporting students in their learning journey. Recognising that children learn in diverse ways; we also prioritize offering extracurricular activities to keep all students engaged and motivated in their education.
