The Twilight Market is always a fabulous social and community event, but this year if brought something new to the mix.

A call out was sent out to all BSC 2014 Graduates to take the opportunity to join the festivities in honour of the 10 year anniversary of their graduation from the school.

It was fabulous to see some of the old faces back, all of whom enjoyed the chance to catch up with staff,  see some of the new school facilities, reminisce about old times, share news and just have a good old catch-up.  

Alumni and their guests had a dedicated room for their use, but also made it out and about in the market crowd to seek out teachers and other friends, as well as to soak up the fabulous community atmosphere.

There were ex-staff spotted in the crowd, as well as a host of others who have been associated with the school over past years - volunteers, school council members, parent association members and supporters from the wider community.  

We are so pleased that these 'gone, but certainly not forgotten' friends feel a sense of belonging and engagement with our school. Even after having long moved on 'beyond Brunswick', they feel welcome to return and to say hello.

Graduates and ex-staff are always welcome to keep in touch with the school, but with careers, family and so many other factors making life so busy, it is not always easy to do. 

The Twilight Market is theperfect opportunity for an easy, casual and 'very Brunswick' reunion;  I really enjoyed seeing these ex-students return to enjoy the occasion, hearing all their news and laughing about old times. It was great!

Let's hope that this becomes a new tradition at BSC - and we look forward to seeing lots of 2015 graduates at the 2025 Twilight Market!
