Advent Reconciliation

Last Wednesday, we were very grateful to have Fr Paul, Fr Deleep and Fr Thadeus come to HTS for the Advent Reconciliation for students in Years 3 to 9. Thank you for your time and thank you to the students for their involvement.

3W Mass

Last Friday, 15 November, 3W led the Primary Mass on the feast day of Saint Albert the Great. It was a lovely Mass, and was the last of the class Masses for 2024.

Lap-a-thon

On Thursday 21 November, Secondary students will participate in our annual Vinnies Fancy Dress Lap-a-thon. 

Students received sponsorship forms last week and are encouraged to collect sponsorship money and donations for our local St Vincent de Paul society.  There will be prizes for the best outfits presented for judging. Our Vinnies fundraising will continue with the Thanksgiving Mass in Week 10 as families are asked to donate Festive Food items.

Festive Food Drop

Each year we support our local St Vincent de Paul Society by donating money and food items so that they can support struggling families within our community. The Secondary Sleepout and Lap-A-Thon raise money for Vinnies. We also give non-perishable festive food items donated by you, our generous families, to contribute to hampers given out by SVDP to families in our local community in need. We are asking for donations of non-perishable festive food items over the coming weeks. These will be given to SVDP at our Thanksgiving Mass on Tuesday 17 December at 9:15am. From next week, families are welcome to begin bringing in donations to their classes.
