Junior Gala

Mazenod College’s annual Junior Gala is being held on Tuesday 3 December commencing at 6:30pm.  Students should arrive at Mazenod by 6:00pm to prepare for the concert. 

Further information will be sent out to all students involved.

Ensembles and Orchestras 

Ensembles have re-commenced. Remember to check the timetable for days and times.

Please arrive promptly to the rehearsals.  If you are not sure what ensemble you are in, please speak to your Instrumental Music Teacher.

Timetables

Term 4 timetables are now on MazCom.  Please remind your son to check MazCom on a regular basis so that they are following the most recent timetable.

Instrumental Music Fees

Semester 2 fees have been issued.

If you are yet to finalise your Semester 1 fees, please do this as a matter of urgency. Unpaid music fees may result in cancellation of lessons.  Fees can be paid online via Bpoint or over the phone with our Finance Team.

Reminder: if your son wishes to discontinue his lessons, 8 weeks’ notice must be given and any outstanding fees must be finalised.

Please be aware of the following cut-off dates:

11 October to cease lessons at the end of the school year (preferred)

1 February 2025 final cut-off date prior to automatic re-enrolment for Term 1, 2025

Friendly Reminder

If your son will NOT be continuing lessons in 2025, it is imperative that we receive a completed Withdrawal Form signed by parents and your son’s Teacher.  Ideally, these forms should be returned by the end of Term 4.  If we have not received notification before 1st February 2025, your son will automatically be re-enrolled in the program and Semester 1 fees and instrument hire (if applicable) will be charged.  All outstanding music fees must be paid.
