Congratulations to our most recent Award winners! 

Families and friends are invited and welcome to attend. 

 

Foundation

  • Sam M (FSC) - 'Be Your Best' for thinking carefully about stories when you are reading them and being able to answer comprehension questions. Sam, you are reading so many words now without help – I am so proud of you!  

  • Amelia R (FSC) - 'Be Your Best' for noticing when you have spelt a word incorrectly and fixing it up without any help.  You are becoming such a clever writer Amelia! 

  • Grace H (FBW) - 'Be Your Best' for recalling our ‘tricky words’ very quickly in your reading tasks.  This skill makes your reading sound more fluent Grace.  Keep up the great work! 

  • Sam F (FBW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for listening carefully and working quickly to write answers on your mini whiteboard during our whole group learning. You remain focused and always try your best.  Great work Sam!  

Year 1 & 2  

  • Oliver B (12GM) - 'Be Responsible' for being an excellent leader in our class where you always listen in class and make strong responsible decisions to benefit your own learning.  Well done, Oliver! 

  • Bella K (12GM) - 'Be Your Best' for your learning of fractions. It was wonderful to see you master halves, quarters and eighths.  Great job Bella! 

  • Pippa T (12CL) - 'Help Others Succeed' for being an excellent role model when singing during Unit Mass. It was wonderful to see you singing with such enthusiasm and leading the way for others to follow.  Well done, Pippa. 

  • Delilah P (12CL) - 'Be Your Best' for a fantastic improvement during shared learning. It is great to see you more engaged during floor time and actively participating in all activities by listening more attentively and sharing ideas.  Keep up the great effort Delilah. 

  • George W (12ZH) - 'Be Your Best' for working really hard during our learning tasks to get them completed to the best of your ability.  It’s been great to see your hard work, George! 

  • Ruby M (12ZH) - 'Help Others Succeed' for being such a great friend when in the classroom and on the yard. You look after your friends when they need help and help anyone else who might need it.  Awesome job! 

 

 

Year 3 & 4  

  • Josh M (34JM) - 'Be Your Best' for working so hard to present your work neatly.  Josh, you have improved your handwriting so much and you are being really careful to make sure your bookwork is neat and clear.  Well done, keep it up! 

  • Grace H (34JM) - 'Be Your Best' for the creative and thoughtful way you go about tasks. Grace, you always put your artistic flair into all your work and I really appreciate it.  Keep it up! 

  • Harlan C (34JM) - 'Help Others Succeed' for being thoughtful and considerate of others.  Harlan, you are always willing to lend a hand and share your great ideas with everyone. You are a very responsible and kind member of our class. Well done and keep it up! 

  • Nell S (34JM) - 'Be Responsible' for always completing your work to such a high standard. Nell, your presentation is beautiful and you are always careful to do your absolute best work in every area.  So impressive, well done! 

  • Edie E (34JM) - 'Be Your Best' for always using such wonderful expression when reading out loud to the class.  Edie, we always enjoy hearing you read and you keep us all entertained.  Thanks, and keep it up!

  • Atticus M (34L) - 'Be Responsible' for always completing work to a very high standard and assisting others when required.  Excellent effort, Atticus! 

  • Dylan K (34LB) - 'Be Responsible' for working hard during Ochre lessons. Great effort, Dylan!  Keep up the excellent work! 

  • Harlow A (34MH) - 'Be Your Best' for reading our class novel confidently and with expression as well as using class ideas to include in her persuasive letter introduction.  Fantastic work Harlow! 

  • Joey Strom (34MH) - 'Be your Best' for having a positive attitude to English tasks, reading confidently in class and sharing his ideas about the themes in our class novel.  Great job Joey! 

  • Flynn G (34MH) - 'Help Others succeed' for sharing his technology expertise and always being willing to assist and help others when working on computer tasks. Thank you, Flynn, for your great help. 

 

 

Specialist  

THE ARTS (Foundation – Yr 2) 

  • Sam F (FBW) - 'Be Your Best' for being attentive during art lessons, ensuring that each step is followed carefully. You have produced some wonderful artwork this term, including a tin man collage and printed echidna. 

  • Finley D (12ZH) - 'Be Your Best' for a wonderful effort in art classes this year.  Finley, you listen well to instructions, complete tasks carefully and help out with keeping our Art Room clean. 

  • Hannah N (12CL) - 'Be Your Best' for your enthusiasm and sharing of wonderful ideas during our Christmas Carols rehearsals.  Hannah, you are always eager to learn and participate with a smile on your face.  Well done, Hannah!  

  • Charlotte H (FBW) - 'Be Your Best' for your enthusiastic participation in Christmas Carol practises.  It is wonderful to see you fully participating in class with a smile on your face.  Well done! 

 

 

STEAM (Yr 3-6) 

  • Saxon C (56EN) -‘Be Yor Best’ for demonstrating an understanding of how electricity flows and confidently identifying materials that conduct or insulate electricity during hands-on experiments.    

  • Nixon K (34JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for showing outstanding innovation and problem-solving skills while exploring forces and simple machines, and for designing an imaginative Rube Goldberg chain reaction that worked with cause-and-effect precision.

Happy Birthday

We also wish Piper Nally, Erin Bolitho and Norman a very happy birthday.

 

PFA Art Fundraiser - 'Crazy Camel' - Ordering extended to 10/11/2025

Last term in Art with Mrs Ryan, the students created an art piece for our "Crazy Camel" fundraiser.

 

Student's artwork is turned into beautiful keepsakes, such as tea towels, calendars, tote bags and journals.

 

Samples of the above products are currently on display in the office foyer, should you wish to see the quality prior to ordering.

 

Ordering is done online via the QR code and closes on Monday November 11, 2025 @ 5.00pm.

 

All products purchased will be delivered to the school in time for Christmas.
