Dear Parents,
We're already past the halfway point of Term 4 and quickly heading into Christmas—can you believe how fast time flies when you're having fun?
Just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing Maria Mangone! She's poured so much heart, dedication, and effort into making the Pure Imagination Art Exhibition a fantastic showcase of our students’ creativity here at St. Christopher's.
Memories and student recounts of the exhibit can be found on the Art show page of this newsletter. Congrats to everyone involved— the exhibit was something truly spectacular!
Chesterfield Farm Prep Excursion
Our trip to Chesterfield Farm was full of smiles, learning, and adventure! The students loved meeting and feeding the farm animals—especially the greedy goats! They learnt how to milk a cow, watched a sheepdog in action, and explored wool, antlers, and eggs. A tractor ride and visit to the nursery to see the baby animals made the day truly unforgettable.
The Japanese School of Melbourne visit.
On Thursday, students and teachers from The Japanese School of Melbourne visited our school, for a cultural exchange.
They joined in with Grade 1/2 and Grade 5/6 Music and Sport classes. Our students also enjoyed learning about and playing a popular Japanese game called ‘Kendama’ and making Origami with our visitors.
We even learned some Japanese words and phrases. Well done to our students, who were so kind and helpful on the day. Well done everyone!

Our dedicated Parents Association consistently invests great effort and enthusiasm in creating joyful experiences for our students throughout the year. They are again preparing an exceptional event for the St. Christopher's community, a Christmas Celebration! Please mark the date on your calendar and visit the Parents Association page for ideas on how you can contribute to making this event successful.
Library News
Please be advised that our last library borrowing for this year is
Friday, 14 November.
All books must be returned by Friday, 21 November.
Library notices will be sent to students who fail to return library books by the due date.
Parents will be charged for lost or damaged books.
