How do I sign my child up to fundraise online? Each child can sign up for their very own fundraising web page tosend out to collect online sponsorship from anyone, anywhere! Just go to our Fundraising Hub page at:

Multiple children in your family? No problem, all children can sit under the same email address. You’ll find a button to set up another page while logged in to the fundraising account you created first.Do I have to sign up for an online account to fundraise? We would love everyone to have an online account as this allows the school to significantly reduce administration overheads. Go Raise It adhere to strict cyber safe guidelines and this is built into our fundraising website. If you really do not want an online fundraising page, and still want to participate please check with the school office to see ifyou can collect cash.

Prizes:

We have a great range of fundraising prizes available including spot prizes and overall fundraising prizes for classes/individuals. Please see the Prizes page linked on the Fundraising Hub page of our fundraising website. We will have random draws in the lead up to the main event – some prizes are big, some small but all in the name of FUNdraising!

Event Details:

FRIDAY 24 OCTOBER 2025

Leongatha Primary School Oval

2:00pm – 2:45pm

PARENT STUDENT INFORMATION

Students can come to school dressed for the Rainbow Run on Friday. White/Black T shirt – or mostly White preferred. The colour should wash out but no guarantee so don’t wear your best!
The colour can stain hair for a period. If this is going to be an issue, we suggest a shower cap.
Pack a towel as there are Water obstacles.
Sunglasses and headbands will be handed out in classrooms prior to the event.
Students travelling by bus will need to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the event.
At conclusion of lunch 1:45pm, meet back at your classroom and walk down to your allocated meeting spot with your teacher.
Grades meet at their meeting point with drink bottles in allocated lunch baskets for each Grade.
Two obstacle courses will be set up. P-2 will run/walk the inner circle, 3-6 will be on the outer circle.
Asthmatic needs to have puffers handy as a precaution and should be cautious of the colour powder.
The event will start at 2pm and finish at 2:45pm.
Students can bypass the colour/slime stations if they wish.
The oval will be closed for both Recess and Lunch to get things organized.
All online donations are due to close on 24 October 2025 at 11.59PM AEST. We do also remind you if they have received any cash donations to process that to their online account before the closing date.
When the event finishes at 2:45pm – we will put the whole school together for an icy pole and a group photo on the Hill!
Students are to leave belongings in their classroom and collect after the event.
Students that need to get changed will have time before the final bell.
Parents and younger siblings are welcome to attend and join in the fun. Plan on being there from 145pm. We would appreciate help in packing up if you are available.
