Thank you to all the families and friends of our Grade 3/4 students. Having community support and assistance with the students throughout the year has helped the students achieve everything they have when we are able to work together.
We have had such a great year together and have done some amazing things, here's a small list of some of our special events:

We hope you all enjoy the summer holidays and have a well earned rest. Please stay safe and we look forward to another great year in 2026!
Thank you to Mr Paul Phypers for stepping in to take 3/4E for the remainder of the year while Miss Jones commenced her Maternity Leave awaiting the birth of her first child. Paul is always a great asset to our school and we value his teaching, planning and valuable knowledge.
We have been very lucky to be supported by our wonderful 3/4 Education Support staff:
Ester Moretti, Kylie Wan and Max Keith. They are our extremely dedicated staff who help support our students within the classroom and make such a difference to the learning in the rooms where they work.
Thank you to Raelene Lowe who has volunteered her time on Monday and Tuesday in 3/4C. The students look forward to her coming each week and she has become an invaluable asset within our room.
Monday 15/12/25 Reports available on Compass. The students have worked hard all year, and you will receive their reports that reflect their learning via Compass.
Monday 15/12/25 is the Class Parties for all 3/4 classes. Students have received a hard copy note and families a Compass notification home requesting they bring in some food to share with their peers to celebrate their learning for the year.
Tuesday 16/12/25 is the rescheduled House Colours Day. Students are invited to wear their house colours on the day.
Thursday 18/12/25 is the last day of school for 2025. We will finish the day with an assembly that will conclude at 3:15pm.
Wednesday 28/1/26 is the first day of school for 2026 for Grades 1-6. We will have a normal day from 8:50am-3:15pm. Students met their new teachers, classmates and saw their new rooms at 'Meet the Teacher' on Tuesday 9/12/25. They need to bring recess, lunch, a drink and their hat as usual.
The students in Grade 3/4 have been competing as a class against the other 4 classes for the last 6 weeks. Their sportsmanship and teamwork has been fantastic to see develop during this time. Everyone's skills and strategies have improved since we started practising.
We held our final games and Grand Final at Hallam Reserve on Thursday 11/12/25. The students were treated to hot chips for lunch and zooper doopers on their return to school.
The winning class of the 3/4 T-Ball Competition for 2025 is 3/4D! CONGRATULATIONS!
