Scripture: Timothy 4:7

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith "

Summary

In this verse, Saint Paul reflects on his life of faith, comparing it to a race or a battle that he has faithfully completed. As Christians, it reminds us that following Jesus isn’t always easy—it takes perseverance, courage, and trust in God, especially when life gets challenging. Each day, we are called to “keep the faith” by staying true to our values, showing kindness, and not giving up when things are hard. Just like Paul, we can find strength in knowing that God is with us through every step of our journey.

Reflection Question

  1. When have I needed to stay strong and keep my faith, even when life felt difficult?

Prayer

Loving God,

Thank You for giving me strength to face each day.

Help me to stay faithful to You, to keep going when life feels hard,

and to always trust in Your love and guidance.

Amen.
