Performing Arts

Welcome back to Term 4! 

It’s shaping up to be an exciting and busy term in the Performing Arts department. We’re preparing for several key events, including the End of Year Music Concert at Montmorency Secondary College, the Singing Soirée for our vocal students, and some exciting performances from both our Junior and Senior Choirs.

We will also be gearing up for our whole school End of Year Celebration Concert, with each year level beginning to plan and rehearse their performance during Performing Arts lessons.

This week, students enjoyed watching the final cut of our whole-school Cha Cha Slide music video! Prep students have begun exploring the world of circus performers, Year 1 and 2 students are continuing work on their short films, and Year 3-6 students put their Performing Arts knowledge to the test in a class competition.

It’s set to be a fun and creative term ahead in Performing Arts!
