📣 P&C Annual General Meeting – We Need You!

Our school community thrives because of the support of our amazing parents and carers — and now we need you!

The P&C Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on:

This is an incredibly important meeting as all Executive Committee roles will be declared vacant and need to be filled.

Why Your Support Matters

Our current executive members will no longer be continuing in their roles, and we urgently need members of our school community to step up to ensure the P&C can continue operating. Without an executive team, the P&C cannot function — and this directly impacts initiatives such as the Uniform Shop, fundraising activities, and valuable school support programs.

From Playground Plans to Practical Support: $20k for a New Laptop Trolley

Last year, our P&C worked hard to raise funds for proposed school playground upgrades, which were only going to proceed if the associated grant application was successful. Unfortunately, as we were not successful in receiving the grant funding, the very significant total amount required for the upgrades was not achievable at this time. The funds raised were intended to supplement the grant rather than fully fund the project. That being said, we are pleased to share that $20,000 has been allocated towards the purchase of a new laptop trolley — a resource the school urgently needed — which will benefit all students across the school

Special Events

Graduating Class of 2025 Party: $750

Successful Book Fair: $3,215 raised, supplemented into Scholastic book credits for the school.

Additional Funding: Division 13 Discretionary Grant application was successful, and $3,250 was provided to start the Story Corner Project in the library.

Special mention: A generous donation from the Year 6 graduating class of 2025 has been made to the P&C to support the creation of a fun reading nook as part of the Library Story Corner project
