Welcome to the New School Year in Music! 

The Music Department is excited to welcome students and families to a new year of music-making. Instrumental lessons have now commenced, and it’s been wonderful to see students already engaging with their learning and rehearsals.

If any students are interested in learning an instrument, now is a great time to start. Instrumental music builds confidence, focus, teamwork, and creativity, while also supporting students’ academic learning and wellbeing. Learning an instrument helps students develop discipline, listening skills, and a strong sense of achievement as they see their progress over time.

Students wishing to take up instrumental lessons should collect an enrolment form from the Music Office, have it signed by a parent/guardian, and return it as soon as possible to secure a place, as availability is limited.

We look forward to a fantastic year of music, performance, and creativity ahead!
