Real Schools Partnership

Strengthening Our Culture: Commencing Our Real Schools Partnership
As we begin the new school year, we are pleased to share that our school has commenced a partnership with Real Schools, an organisation that works alongside schools to strengthen culture, wellbeing and learning through positive relationships and shared responsibility.
At the heart of this work is a simple but powerful belief: students thrive when they feel safe, connected and understood. Our partnership with Real Schools supports us to continue building a school environment where every student feels they belong and where learning and wellbeing are deeply connected.
What This Means for Students
Through this partnership, students will be supported to:
- Build strong, respectful relationships with peers and staff
- Develop self-awareness, emotional regulation and responsibility
- Learn how to navigate challenges and conflict in positive ways
- Feel a strong sense of belonging and connection to their school
This work helps students develop the skills they need not only for school, but for life beyond the classroom.
What This Means for Our Community
For families and the wider school community, this partnership strengthens:
- A shared language around behaviour, expectations and care
- Consistent, calm and relational approaches to support students
- Clear boundaries that are underpinned by understanding and fairness
- Stronger partnerships between home and school
Our aim is to work together to create a learning environment where students are supported to grow, take responsibility and contribute positively to their community.
Moving Forward Together
This partnership is not about quick fixes. It is about long-term cultural growth, guided by our values and a shared commitment to student wellbeing and learning.
We look forward to working alongside students, staff and families as we continue to build a school where young people feel supported, challenged and proud to belong.
