Year 3/4

Hi parents,

Well… we’ve reached the end of the year! Thank you to all our families for your ongoing support, and to the students for their amazing effort throughout the year. It’s been a wonderful year of learning, growth, and many great moments.

We wrapped things up with a fantastic excursion to Ballarat Wildlife Park, which was a highlight for many students. Spending time with the kangaroos was a clear favourite, closely followed by the ever-popular meerkats!

Back at school, we cleaned up our classroom, finished with a final Kahoot! quiz that reviewed the learning from across the year (they remembered a lot more than I expected!), and made chocolate and coconut balls to share with families and friends. To top it all off, the students surprised me with a farewell party at the end of the day, complete with homemade snacks and decorations — what a lovely and very thoughtful surprise.

Thank you again to all families for your support throughout the year. I hope everyone enjoys a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved break. I think we've earned it!
