Leadership allows for students to have a voice and input into the running of the school. They focus on matters that concern the student body, and strive to make a positive change. They are represented on any sub-committee of the College Council regarding school uniform and any changes.

Through surveys from students, teachers and families, they are able to achieve changes that benefit the college community. The Student Leadership Team recognise the importance of connecting with one another, and on student and staff health and wellbeing, and continue to organise activities that bring us together as a community.

Students are encouraged to attend College Council meetings to report on Student Leadership initiatives and events.

The Student Leadership Team are provided opportunities to develop their public speaking, communication and social skills through College Assemblies, College Tours, ANZAC or Remembrance Day ceremonies at the College and attending the local RSL, Banyule Youth Summit (biennial), Parliament House Tours and local events.

Students who are passionate about making positive changes, and want to be the voice for the student body, are encouraged to apply for a leadership position.
