We believe that a strong school community starts with a simple "hello." As we kick off the new school year, we wanted to introduce the team working behind the scenes to support our students, staff, and families.

The best way to get to know us is in person. We will all be down at the Nature Nook this 📅Friday, 20 February from ⏰3-4pm for our Play & Popsicles afternoon.
It’s a relaxed, family-friendly catch-up with playground time for the kids, a fun scavenger hunt, soccer balls to kick around and — of course — a free Zooper Dooper for every child (siblings included).
Whether you have a question about the school, an idea for a fundraiser, or just want to grab a Zooper Dooper and have a chat with a new or old friend, please come over and say g'day!

This notice is to advise that a General Meeting will be held
and will be immediately followed by a Special Meeting.
The General Meeting is required to confirm and register financial members. Following this, the Special Meeting will be held to allow eligible members to vote on the matter(s) being presented.
Only members who are confirmed as financial at the General Meeting
will be entitled to vote in the Special Meeting.
Members are encouraged to attend both meetings if they wish to participate in the voting process.
💛 First Day Magic: Tea & Tissues Morning 💛
What a wonderful way to celebrate our Kindergarten 2026 families on their very first day of “Big School”!
Brave smiles, tight hugs, and maybe a few happy tears — it was a morning full of excitement and pride.
Our Tea & Tissues Morning gave parents a chance to connect, settle the nerves, and share this special milestone together. ☕️🥪
A huge thank you to our generous 2025 Kindy parents (now Year 1 families) and our P&C Exec Team for donating food, time, and helping host the morning, and to our amazing school staff for making the transition so smooth.
To help mark the occasion, each of our new Kindy students headed home with a balloon and a framed photo of their first morning — a keepsake to treasure throughout the year and beyond. 🎈📸
These early connections are so important and help lay the foundation for a positive and connected school journey. Here’s to a year filled with learning, laughter, and new friendships ahead! ✨

Book Club Issue 1
Scholastic Book Club is back for another fun-filled year of reading! Each issue is carefully curated to inspire children’s imaginations and foster a lifelong love of books. Reading doesn't just happen in books. They also offer journals, craft kits, science kits etc. There is a great selection of items starting from as little as $3.
By ordering through Book Club, you’re not only encouraging your child to read—you’re also helping our school! Every purchase earns Scholastic Rewards, which we use to buy new books and learning resources for our classrooms and library. Together, we can help our students develop strong reading habits while keeping our book shelves fresh and exciting.
You can view the catalogue online here https://mybookclubs.scholastic.com.au/Parent/BrowseCatalogue.aspx Ordering is easy, just create a Loop account or sign in if you already have one and follow the prompts. Don't forget to update your child/children's class details if you already have an account.
Issue 1 closes on Thursday 19th February and books should be delivered to your child's classroom in the following fortnight. If you plan on purchasing as a gift, just tick the box to mark it as a gift order and you will be contacted directly to collect from the school office when convenient. In this issue, you can receive up to three free books. Don't forget to use your $5 credit if you earned one in the last order.

Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop will be open on the following days in Term 1:
- Tuesday 3 March — 8:45am–9:30am
- Monday 30 March — 2:30pm–3:10pm (TBC)
All Qkr! orders placed by 10:00pm on Tuesdays during the school term will be delivered to your child’s classroom by the end of the same week.

After School Dance Class
💃 After School Dance Classes Are Back! 🕺
We’re excited to announce that our after-school dance classes are now up and running - and the first week was so much fun! We are thrilled to see so many dancers joining us this year! 🎉
✨ FREE TRIAL AVAILABLE — come along and give it a go! ✨
This year, we’re delighted to welcome a new qualified and experienced dance teacher, with classes running:
• K–2: Tuesdays, 3:00–4:10pm
• Years 3–6: Thursdays, 3:00–4:10pm
Classes will focus on Jazz and Ballet/Lyrical, with a performance at the end of term and a big festival later in the year ✨
