2025 Parent-Teacher Interviews

Parent-Teacher Interviews for Kindergarten to Year 6 will be held from Monday 28 July to Thursday 7 August before and after school. Each interview timeslot will be 15 minutes in length. All interviews will take place in person in your child's classroom. 

Bookings have now closed. Please double check the date and time of your interview on your Sentral Parent app to ensure you do not miss the opportunity to speak with your child's teacher. It is important that our staff keep to the booking schedule. If you are unable to attend, please let your child’s teacher know as soon as possible.

Kindergarten 2026 Enrolment and Transition Information 

If you have a child starting Kindergarten in 2026, now is the time to enrol! Please complete the online enrolment form as soon as possible. 

Meadowbank Minis Playgroup 2026

We are excited to offer a playgroup for children who are enrolled to start Kindergarten in 2026. This will begin on Friday 1 August to Friday 19 September, 1:30 -2:15 pm in the school library. If you would like your child to attend, please complete the playgroup registration form.

Scholastic Book Club 

Scholastic Book Club catalogue Issue 5 has now been distributed to classes. If you would like to make an order, submit them by Monday 11 August.

K-2 Athletics Carnival

The K-2 Athletics Carnival will be held on Wednesday 6 August at Meadowbank Park, Fields 3 and 4. Students will depart school straight after roll marking at 8:45 am and walk to Meadowbank Park with their supervising teacher. 

Parents and carers are welcome to attend and meet us at the park from 9:30 am onwards. You can bring a picnic rug, camping chairs and some snacks as you cheer our students on throughout the day. 

To prepare students for the day, they must wear their school hat, sport house colour or school sports uniform and their sports shoes. Students also need to bring their own recess and lunch (no lunch orders will be made from the canteen), a water bottle, sunscreen, a warm jumper/track pants and a small towel to sit on. 

If you wish to collect your child straight after the event, you must send an email to the school by Tuesday 5 August 2:45 pm.

3-6 Athletics Carnival

The 3-6 Athletics Carnival will be on Wednesday 6 August at Barton Park, North Parramatta. Students will depart school straight after roll marking at 8:45 am and board their buses.

Parents and carers are welcome to attend and meet us at the park from 9:30 am onwards. You may wish to bring some snacks as you cheer our students on throughout the day.

To prepare students for the day, they must wear their school sports uniform or sport house colour, suitable sports shoes and their school hat. Students also need to bring their own recess and lunch (no lunch orders will be made from the canteen), a water bottle, sunscreen, a warm jumper/track pants and small towel to sit on.

Creative Arts Night

Save the date - 6 pm in the school hall on Wednesday 13 August.

Join us for an evening of performances from our very own Dance Group, Junior Recorders, Orchestra and Choir. Cake, tea and coffee will be available for sale before the event begins. All proceeds will go towards the school's creative arts programs. We hope to see you there!
