🎁 Auction Items Needed – Winter Social Parents Night Fundraiser

As we prepare for the BBPS Winter Social – Annual Parents’ Night on Friday 25 July, we’re reaching out to our wonderful school community for support with Silent and Live Auction donations.

Donations can be big or small – every contribution makes a difference!Some popular ideas include:🎟️ Vouchers or experiences from local businesses🍾 Bottles of wine, champagne, or spirits💆‍♀️ Pamper items – massage, beauty, or skincare products🎨 Children’s toys, books, craft kits, or activity vouchers🏉 Sports gear, event tickets, memorabilia, or lesson vouchers

No need to gift wrap – we’ll take care of the presentation.All proceeds go directly to supporting BBPS students.

🎄 Calling All Helpers – Let’s Make the Christmas Fair Shine! 🎄

Our School Christmas Fair is set for Thursday, 28th November, and we need your help to bring the magic to life!

To get started, we’re forming an Organising Committee to plan and coordinate this much-loved community event. While each grade will be assigned a stall or task, we need a core group of volunteers to oversee key areas:

  • Budget Planning & Approval
  • 🎪 Stall Coordination (working with grade reps)
  • 📢 Marketing & Sponsorship
  • 🎟️ Rides & Token Management
  • 🛠️ Venue Design & Planning
  • 🚑 Health & Safety Oversight
