Netball: 🎽

We have had an amazing start to 2024.

It’s been great to see returning players and quite a few new faces joining the St Luke’s Club.

Due to the increased numbers we now have 4 teams.

Our 13&U Magpies are back for their final year in the St Luke’s Uniform. Back in the coaching seat is our very experienced Dee Duffy. The most fitting coach to see out our girls final year.

We have 2 x 11&U teams:

Our Doves are coached by Kristen Schroeders. New to coaching netball and has a beautiful bunch of girls to develop.

Jaimi King put her hand up very early to coach and is a fitting gateway for our Rosellas. Jaimi is very hands on and these Netballer’s will thrive under her wing.

Our newest team are the 9&U Sparrows.  Very fortunate to have a Leah Foley who is still playing high grade netball at Murchison. This is the first time these girls have taken the court and their enthusiasm is affectionate throughout the training and game day.

Enjoy your year!!

Meals:

If you are in need of a meal due to illness, a new baby or your family is just having a tough time, please reach out.

Similarly if you have a meal we could pop in the freezer for a family, simply date and label with ingredients and drop at the office.

This year we will try to offer each event as a ‘sunset group’, that all parents are welcome to join in. These events may be just a once off and would suit your interest/s, and time schedule. They include things like the upcoming Mothers Day Stall.

More info on ways to get involved to come.

🌭End of Term 2 sausage sizzle is coming up. We will need a team of helpers to cook and serve on this day. Date and details TBC 🍞
