COLLEGE CAPTAINS REPORT

Hi everyone,

As your College Captain team for 2024 we wanted to update you all on some of our work so far this term.

Firstly, it was absolutely amazing to see so many prospective parents and students at our open night last week, one of the highlights was being able to understand what students are looking for in our school and how we can support them to reach their goals! Similarly, we were lucky enough to attend the parents morning organised by the amazing BSCCC and really enjoyed getting to know our parent community over a cup of coffee.

As a team we are looking forward to working with Ms Stout and the SRC on Student forums in the coming weeks, we believe that this will be a great way for our students to share their suggestions and ideas and provide valuable feedback on the ways we can make our school as comfortable, connected, and inclusive as it can be.

Today, it was incredible to see so many students dress up for the Athletics carnival, the theme was Childhood TV shows and it is fair to say BSC smashed it out of the park. Congratulations to Goldstein house on their win today, and to every other house, thank you for your participation!

We have loved working with Ms Stout to deliver our newest initiative, the BSC weekly, we are really grateful for the support from the community behind this initiative and we look forward to exciting content to come.
