BRIGHTON VISITS MU

On Thursday 18th April, the Year 12 Art Making & Exhibiting students made an informative visit to Monash University Museum of Art at the Caulfield campus. 

Students were given a detailed talk by the museum education staff about museum collection management and exhibition design as part of the required coursework. 

This also allowed students to learn how museum staff both handle and store artworks as part of the exhibition program. 

This was an invaluable experience for students to see first hand real world museum practices.
