BUILDING BLUETOOTH STEREO SPEAKERS

Bluetooth Stereo Speakers

This term, Year 9 Woodworking students will be constructing their own working Bluetooth speaker boxes, able to play audio from mobile phones, computers etc.

Students measure, cut and construct the box out of available materials as well as design and add their own motifs and flair to the front panel using the school’s laser cutter.

They then put together the electronic components – blue tooth module, battery pack, switch and wiring – to complete the unit.

Bluetooth connection to the device is simple and easy from virtually any electronic source.  A USB connection and separate power supply may also be added for students who would like to extend the project a little further.

They have produced some incredible work. watch out for those novel and artistic designs!
