LEAP - Learning Engagement & Achievement Program

We have a new program launching at Miners Rest Primary School! LEAP (Learning Engagement & Achievement Program) will be kicking off in Term Two for a selected group of students from Year Two to Year Four. 

This program is specifically designed to provide enriching educational opportunities for students showing great academic potential and results. This term there will be a focus on the curriculum area of Mathematics. Students will have access to specialised curriculum and resources that are designed to challenge and nurture their mathematical abilities. They will have the opportunity to participate in stimulating mathematical projects and tasks, and collaborate with peers who share their passion for mathematical exploration.

We hope to be able to offer this program to students in various other curriculum areas in the future as well, so stay tuned!

Students who have been selected to engage in LEAP this term, will have received a note from their classroom teacher, and sessions will begin in Week Four.
