Hollows House News
Greetings, Hollows House Community!
We're off to an exhilarating start in Term 2 at Hampton Park Secondary College! Hollows House has been buzzing with energy and enthusiasm as we dive headfirst into a whirlwind of activities and events. Let's take a moment to celebrate our achievements.
First up was the College Cross Country event. It was heartening to witness a sea of blue as Hollows students laced up their running shoes and hit the track with determination. Whether they were sprinting towards the finish line or cheering on their fellow housemates, every participant showcased the true essence of sportsmanship and resilience. A special shoutout goes to the student volunteers whose dedication ensured the smooth execution of the event. Your contributions didn't go unnoticed!
Hot on the heels of Cross Country, we plunged into the thrilling atmosphere of the College Athletics Day. With so much of our signature blue on display, Hollows House stood tall and proud as we competed in an array of track and field events. Each participant poured their heart and soul into every race and every jump, symbolising the solid spirit of Hollows. Congratulations to all participants for your remarkable efforts and commitment!
Next on our agenda was the solemn yet poignant ANZAC Day assembly. It was a moment of reflection and remembrance as Hollows House leaders eloquently paid tribute to the heroes who have sacrificed for our nation. The respectful demeanour of our audience members was a testament to the values of empathy and gratitude that define our community. We couldn't be prouder of your impeccable conduct and the showing of respect.
In addition to these memorable events, our Year 9 students undertook the Morrisby testing, a pivotal step towards shaping their future pathways and course counselling sessions. Your dedication to self-discovery and personal growth is truly commendable, and we're excited to support you every step of the way.

As we reflect on our accomplishments thus far, let's harness this momentum to propel us forward into the rest of the term.
