Independence Centre

Highlight
Selamat siang,
We have had such an exciting week with ‘Hammerbarn’ otherwise known as Bunnings come and help us with our garden. We refreshed the soil with compost, planted a wide variety of vegetables, fruit and herbs and mulched it to keep it happy and healthy!
In Maths this week, we had a deep dive into division! We used MAB to model sharing and solved larger problems using long and short division algorithms. In English, we shared our compound sentences that included two independent clauses that were tied together using our FANBOYS conjunctions (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, and so).
Stay warm and have a wonderful week ahead,
Kathy, Ros, Julia, Mandy, Suzie and Emily
