The Port Phillip Middle Years and Youth Services team is hosting a Digital Parenting Workshop for all parents of young people in Years 5–12 who attend school or live in Port Phillip.
Presenter: Steve Villani and Rebecca Martin, Founders of Evolve Education.
Evolve Education will be delivering a series of parent information sessions on eSafety for young people this November and December funded by the City of Port Phillip. The first session is an interactive workshop that empowers parents with practical skills to support their teenagers' digital wellbeing. The second session looks at the changes in social media age restrictions for under-16s which will be coming into effect on December 10th, exploring ways to help families navigate these changes.
It is recommended for parents to attend both sessions where possible, although it is not mandatory.
