Miss Deane - Junior Classroom Teacher

In Literacy, Mr Stow’s group has been busy exploring the letters G and L and practising the sounds they make. Miss Deane’s group has been learning all about plurals and how words change when there’s more than one. As a whole class, we’ve also been discovering how to ask and write questions, spot fragments, and use pronouns in our writing.

In Maths, the Preps were excited to begin skip counting by 10s, 2s, and 5s. Everyone has also been investigating 3D shapes, learning their names, and exploring their faces, vertices, and edges. The students have enjoyed hands-on activities to help bring these concepts to life!
