1/2 Inquiry

This Term, Year 1/2 are learning about different Community Services and the science people use in their jobs.

The first week back students learnt about the Police and how to use scientific evidence to solve crimes. Students had a crime to solve as someone had eaten an entire block of Cadbury chocolate! Students took their fingerprints and studied the different patterns with a partner. The 1/2 Police found out who the suspect was but decided to let them off with a warning this time!

Students had fun learning that science is something people use in their everyday life.
