School Concert

CONCERT UPDATE

A reminder to parents to get in quickly to book your concert tickets.  As of first thing this morning, 535 of a possible 1300 tickets to the evening performances had already sold, so get in quickly to avoid disappointment. Families are able to purchase up to 5 tickets in total for evening performances and unlimited tickets for the Thursday Matinee.  The Thursday Matinee is a great option for grandparents and extended family members.

Apologies for those that got in very early and encountered a few glitches in the system, but the online booking system is now working as intended.

By the end of this week, we hope to have an information booklet ready to distribute to all families.  That will have all of the information you need in the one place.  Keep an eye out for this and then feel free to send any questions through as they pop up.

Help Requested – We’re hoping to find someone to help out with transporting props back to school on the Friday evening.  As each class finishes performing on Friday evening, their props are gathered, popped in a trailer and transported back to school.  This process happens gradually across the evening, preventing a big job at the end of the night.  We have the trailer, so just need the labour. If this is something you’d be happy to help with, please get in touch.
