Primary School
It is always an exciting week in the Primary School. The Olympics has brought an excitement as we talk about the passion and commitment of the athletes and keep a tally of the medal scores. There has been renewal in the Primary and ECC spaces with the addition of new learning materials and the rearrangement of furniture to create a more open feel. Additionally, our sporting events and camps are in full swing, offering our children opportunities to excel both on and off the field, build teamwork skills, and discover their passions. As our school continues to grow, we warmly welcome all the new faces joining our community.
School Sports WA Primary Carnival
This year we took a beautiful group and very competent team of Year Six students to the School Sports WA competition which was held at Perth Hockey Stadium, Curtin University. Great memories were made with fun, exciting and also great performances on and off the field on display.
Our accommodation at Bickley Recreation Camp was perfect for the students, allowing them to have freedom as well as putting on a talent show which provided creation, thought and some memorable experiences.
The students performed admirably throughout the competition managing to reach the Grand Final whilst coming up against some very strong individuals on the field. This was a great eye opener for the students being able to compete against other schools who are not from their own district and test their own cohesiveness whilst working in their team environment. Final score in the grand final was Rosalie 4 v Great Southern Grammar 1.
Thank you to Lachie, Paige and Mia for all of your help and thank you to the parents that committed to allowing their children experience such a great trip.

Pre-Primary Pyjama Day
This year Pre-Primary has been excitedly counting the days they have been attending school. Each day they check their tally and update their numbers. Finally, they reached one hundred days. A fitting celebration was needed so on Wednesday the students celebrated with a Pyjama Day and one hundred themed activities. A fun day was had by all.
Year One and Two Wild Space Adventure
The Years One and Two classes have been making the most of the sunny winter weather and our glorious outdoor spaces. Last Friday they had an adventure to the Wild Space where they played and explored as well as meeting a little fishy friend.
