Term 3, Week 4

Dear Parents and Carers,

On Monday, our Year 6 students attended their Confirmation Retreat Day. It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to reflect on their faith journey and prepare for the sacrament of Confirmation. The day was filled with meaningful activities designed to deepen their understanding of the Holy Spirit's role in their lives and strengthen their commitment to their faith.

We were honored to have Bishop Terry Curtin visit our school on Thursday. Bishop Curtin spoke to our Year 6 students about the significance of the sacrament of Confirmation and reflect on the Gifts of the Holt Spirit. Students were provided with opportunities to share their thoughts with eachother as they prepare to take this important step in their spiritual journey.

Excitement is building as our Year 4 students prepare for their upcoming camp on Monday and Tuesday at Alexandra Adventure Resort. Attending camp provides students with the opportunities and experiences  that extend beyond the classroom.  It allows them to step out of their comfort zones, try new activities, and build strong bonds with their peers. I’m sure that our Year 4 students will return from camp with stronger friendships, enhanced confidence, and wonderful memories that will last them a lifetime.
