Year 9 News

Bec Cope & Matt Nield | Year 9 Coordinators

Congratulations to all students for settling back in nicely after the school holidays and enjoying your Semester 2 electives!

Class Spotlight: Cafe Foods

This week students from Cafe Foods are sharing what they have learnt so far this term!

I learnt about kitchen safety and the kitchen procedures and now I have better skills for cooking and baking. I know how to make cinnamon rolls by myself and I can make a salad for my Mum.

I have learnt how to prevent cross-contamination and how to be safe in the kitchen. I have also learnt how to fold, knead and saute while cooking!
