From the Leadership Team
"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the day approaching." Hebrews 10:24-25
Successful teamwork is when the whole is greater than the sum of every individual part. The way to accomplish that is to work together, and by working together more can always be achieved. In a successful team each individual is valued for their unique talents and God-given abilities. A successful team celebrates their diverse skills, experiences and problem-solving abilities, and utilises each individuals' strengths whilst embracing opportunities and challenges to achieve the common goal. The individuals within the team empower each other to ensure best outcomes.
Jesus always pointed out that everybody was important. And that is the example exhibited by our 2023 Student Executive as they have led the College this year.
While Cameron, Fatima, Isabella, Jesse and Sienna have their individual strengths, they have worked determinedly and passionately as a collaborative and supportive team toward the common goal, the development and ultimate success of the College. They have done this, with vision and commitment and by generously giving of themselves.
The 2023 Student Executive leave a lasting legacy of positive influence, extensive impact and impressive accomplishment. We are so grateful and thank them for the way they consistently embody and radiate the College values every day. We are blessed for their service to the College.
As we farewell the incredible, diverse and talented cohort of the Class 2023, who have given so much to our community this year and throughout their entire time at the College, we also welcome and celebrate our Year 11 students as the new leaders of the College.
We look forward to their unique influence and impact on the culture whilst they respect the values and traditions that we hold so dear and make us proud to be a member of the Endeavour College community.
We wish all Year 12 students great success as they complete final assessments, undertake examinations, celebrate the end of their secondary schooling and await their final results.
We will watch with interest as they embark on their new journeys to share their God-given gifts and abilities beyond Endeavour College. We hope they will always reflect fondly on the relationships and experiences from their time with each other and the broader community.
We pray they live in grace and show Love, Courage, Forgiveness and Hope always.
