Our students will be performing a great selection of songs on:

 Guitar      |    Drums    |   Singing & Dance!

On the day...

Please help your child pick out their favourite outfit to wear as a costume for the concert and bring it in a bag. Your child must come in uniform, and then they will be given time to change at school before the concert. (No make-up or high heels, and no shoes for singers - just socks please!)

This is a wonderful opportunity to see all the kids shine and reward them for their fantastic progress throughout the year, and we would love you to attend and show your support for the students!

Please let us know if you do not wish your child to be recorded.

We will keep you posted!

Monty First Nations Allies

Monty First Nations Allies is a group of Montmorency Primary School parents and friends who support reconciliation. In preparation for the upcoming referendum where Australians will be asked to vote in a referendum to enshrine an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice to Parliament, Monty First Nations Allies members have been sourcing information, as well as undertaking training, to enable conversations about the vote.

They are offering opportunities to learn more about these proposed changes to the constitution, and the differences these will make to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and our communities. If you are interested in learning more from them, you are welcome to join their Monty First Nations Allies Facebook group, where lots of information is shared. You can also contact the group at  montyfirstnationsallies@gmail.com to find out about opportunities to join conversations in small groups at local venues.
