Kindergarten Transition Program

Our first Kindergarten transition program was held last Monday. Our new 2024 Foundation students came to school and experienced a session with each of our specialist teachers. It was lovely to see our new students and many new and current parents at school. We look forward to our next session which will be on Wednesday, 22nd November. 

Thank you to the specialist teachers and the current Foundation team for the organisation behind the visit. There were many excited students in the group.

Year 2 Day Camp

The Year 2 students had a brilliant day at Camp Wyuna on Monday. They experienced many new activities and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thank you to the Year 2 teachers for organising the camp. The students loved it! Photos can be found later in the newsletter. 

Year 6 Surfing

The Year 6 surfing starts tomorrow.  The students will be walking down and surfing at the the Ocean Grove Main beach on a Thursday for the next 6 weeks. They are looking forward to the event. 

Colour Fun Run

The colour fun run is on Friday. Students will need to wear old, white clothes/shoes/hat to school, to participate in the run. They will also need to bring a towel, school uniform and shoes clearly named in a bag to change into after they complete their run. The students are looking forward to the event. Parents are welcome to attend to watch their child/ren's run. More details including the running times can be found in the newsletter. 

Professional Practice Day (Student Free Day) Friday 17th November.  

Friday the 17th of November is a student free day. This is a Professional Practice Day for staff. Camp Australia care will be available for the day. Please ensure you have registered prior to the day if you require care.
