Division Athletics Carnival – Duncan McKinnon Athletics Track

Ormond Primary School was well represented at the Division Athletics Carnival this year. We had Marton (11yo Triple Jump), Helena ( 11yo Discus 3rd overall and Shot Put), Alice (11yo 200m) and Eden (11yo 800m) all performing wonderfully on the day.

Our star on the day as Sophie A who won the 12yo 800m AND 1500m events! What an amazing performance. 

Sophie will now go onto the Regional Athletics Carnival to represent the Moorabbin District. We wish her the “Best of Luck” for the day. Go Sophie!

Year 6 Summer Inter-School Friday Competition

The Year 6 Summer Inter-School Competition began today, Friday 13th October.

It will consist of 7 rounds at different venues each week. A fixture of weekly venues and opposition teams was sent home and can be accessed below or via Compass.

Foundation - Year 2 Sports Day: Thursday 16 November

The Year P-2 Sports Day will be held on Thursday 16 November from 2.00pm - 3.00pm.

Parents are welcome to come and watch our future athletes compete in various athletic pursuits.

Foundation - Year 2 Class Swimming

The Year P-2 Class Swimming lessons will begin on Monday 27 November and conclude with a Fun Swim Day on Friday 8 December.

The program is for 8 days. A schedule will be given out closer to the dates.
