Grade 5 & 6 

On Monday the Grade 5 students presented their leadership speeches to the grade 4 and 5 students. They should feel proud of their speeches and the confidence they displayed. The grade 4 and 5 students then voted for who they want as leaders in 2024. These results will be announced at the 2024 beginning year mass.

This week the students worked in groups to plan and write debate speeches. The topic was Should People Own Electric Vehciles. While presenting their speeches to the group the debates became very heated and the students displayed passion and evidence to back up their opinions.  

We are continuing debates next week.
