Principal Post

Dear Families,

It has been a busy couple of weeks and we are blessed to have so many amazing learning opportunities happening at SJV.

Our 3/4 team have  been continuing with the work we have been doing in Mathematics. This important professional development supports and compliments the Science of Learning which we are embedding throughout the school.

We wish Andrew and his wife Julie an amazing trip and we look forward to hearing of all their adventures.

Please don't forget to come and support the school by buying a sausage this weekend Saturday 1st June at Bunnings Springvale. Thanks to all our families who are volunteering this weekend. We thank you for giving up your time to support SJV.

Year 5 Taster Day at Nazareth College.

Last Thursday our Year 5 students participated in a  Nazareth College 'Taster Day'. The College organised a variety of activities such as cooking and STEM activities.

This helps our grade 5 understand and prepare for Secondary School making the transition so much easier.
