Open Morning Recap

It was heartwarming to see students proudly guiding their families around the classroom, showcasing the various numeracy and literacy activities they've been participating in. Thank you to everyone who joined us; your presence filled the room with smiles and positive energy.

Exploring the Magic of Literacy

Congratulations to our Preps for meeting all the Little Learners Love Literacy characters! They have done a fantastic job keeping up with these characters and using their letter-sound knowledge to sound out and blend words. In literacy rotations, students have been practicing their reading skills and engaging in sentence writing through weekly weekend recounts and narrative writing with picture prompts. They've embraced their roles as budding authors, planning and drafting characters and storylines with beginnings, middles, and ends.

Embarking on Mathematical Journeys

This week, we continued our exploration of shapes, sparking conversations about their use and presence in our surroundings. Students have impressed us with their discoveries of shapes around the school and even in their lunch boxes.

We look forward to another week filled with laughter, learning, and endless possibilities!
