Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge

All English, EAL, and VCE VM Literacy students from Year 7 to 12 are invited and encouraged to participate.

Any books read from the 1st of March to the 6th of September can be added (school library, home, public library, eBooks, or audiobooks)

Books not found on the VPRC site can be added as VPRC Choice Books by your English/EAL teacher or library staff.

Year 7 to 9: 15 books (10 Challenge books, 5 Choice books)

Year 10 to 12: 15 books (5 Challenge books, 10 Choice books)

The following prizes are on offer:

• $200 Cranbourne Centro vouchers for 1st place (one for each year level in 7, 8 and 9, and one for Year 10/11/12s)
• $100 Cranbourne Centro vouchers for 2nd place (one for each year level in 7, 8 and 9, and one for Year 10/11/12s)
• $50 Cranbourne Centro vouchers for 3rd place (one for each year level in 7, 8 and 9, and one for Year 10/11/12s)
• $50 Cranbourne Centro vouchers for the lucky draw prize (one for each year level in 7, 8 and 9, and one for Year 10/11/12s)
• Pizza lunch for each winning group (one for each year level in 7, 8 and 9s, and one for Year 10/11/12s)
• Certificate presentation event at the end of the reading challenge
