Last week, our Grade 3/4 and 5/6 students participated in an online session with Inform and Empower on the crucial topic of Cyber Safety. This session marked the culmination of a four-part series that has been conducted throughout the year for our senior students.
For the Grade 5/6 students, the session focused on Critical Thinking, Consuming Content Online, and Navigating Unsafe Interactions. These topics are of paramount importance as our students increasingly engage with technology.
The Grade 3/4 students' session centered on Keeping Information Private, Being Alert & Aware Online, and Navigating Unsafe Interactions. These topics are highly relevant for our younger students, as many of them participate in online games. Understanding these concepts will help them stay safe while enjoying their gaming experiences.
