FINAL REMINDER - DUE SUNDAY 17 SEPT!

Deposit and Preferences 

Year 9 Challenge Camps are back for 2023! The camp program is running from Monday 4 to Friday 9 December in Week 10 of Term 4. This is a compulsory event with the expectation that all students participate. 

Last week, we launched the camp program to a very excited Year 9 cohort, with six Challenge Camps on offer: 

• Surfing
• Rock climbing
• Canoeing along the Murray River 
• Bike riding
• Horse riding
• Base camp

For those students not able to attend a Challenge Camp, there will be a school-based program at no cost. 

All students are now able to select their top 3 preferences and provide the initial deposit payment of $200. This can be done on the Compass Event titled ‘Year 9 Camp Deposit and Preferences’. Preference selection can be found under the Questions tab. 

A detailed itinerary is also available in the Compass Event in the Resources tab, and in the Year 9 Team.

The final due date for the deposit is this Sunday, 17 September. After this date, we are unable to accept any more preferences, so get in quick! 

We will do our best to accommodate students’ first preferences but due to limited numbers on camps, we may not be able to achieve this. Please select your camps carefully in case you do not get your first preference. 

If you do not intend to attend a Challenge Camp, please decline the event, as this indicates to us that your first preference is the school-based program.
