Student Wellbeing encompasses the following areas:  Student Engagement, Student Connectedness, Classroom Climates, Inclusion and Prevention to Intervention

Being Safe Online

Please be vigilant when your children are online.

 

Check what they are watching and playing.

 

Be aware that many of the online apps and games are for 13+.

 

Some strategies to use if you feel your child/ren are not safe or have been harassed and/or bullied.

  • Delete the app
  • Take the device off the child/ren
  • Block the people who are making them feel unsafe
  • Use a nickname and never give out personal details
  • Have a time limit on how much time they spend online
  • Supervise the children when online
