Anthony and Mahalia
Why do you like coming to Albanvale Primary School?
Anthony: “Because it's a big and safe environment. I also enjoy spending time with my friends”.
Mahalia: “Because it is much more fun at school, and you get to learn how to do art and art and get to talk to my friends”.
What's your Favorite subject at Albanvale and why?
Anthony: “I like P.E because I'm a big fan of all types of sports”.
Mahalia: “My Favorite subject is STEM because you can play Minecraft and the teacher is very nice”.
What do you like to do at recess and lunch?
Anthony: “I like playing basketball with my friends, Minh and Jedo”.
Mahalia: “I like to play tag as well as hide and seek with Olivia and Ava”.
Who is your favorite movie character?
Anthony: “I like Mario because my favourite colour is red, and his costume is nice”.
Mahalia: “I like the character Luigi and his uniform because it's the colour green”.
What are some things you are learning about in your class now?
Anthony: “We are learning to solve multiplication problems in numeracy. In reading we are learning about summarising a nonfiction text”.
Mahalia: “We like to learn about values. We talked about how to solve a problem on Wednesday”.
What are your hobbies outside of school? (like playing sports, dance clubs, reading books or playing video games).
Anthony: “I like playing video games like Roblox and Minecraft. I also like playing basketball”.
Mahalia: “My hobbies outside of school are playing video games such as Roblox, Minecraft and Fortnite”.
What books do you like to read and why?
Anthony: “Wings of Fire by Tui T. Sutherland Because I like novel books”.
Mahalia: “I like picture books like the caterpillar”.
Do you have a Favorite song?
Anthony: “Chicken wing song”.
Mahalia: “I like Lady Gaga, because she sings songs about Wednesday Addams”.
