Year 6 Interschool Sports Finals

Last Friday the Year 6 volleyball teams were lucky enough to play in the Ivanhoe Sports district finals. Due to the weather the soccer and tennis finals have been postponed until next term. The boys’ volleyball team lost their semi-final after a great season in which they showed significant improvement. The girls team made it through to the final but unfortunately went down 2 sets to 1 in the final. Congratulations on a great season and making it through to the finals.

Division Athletics

It was a lovely warm day last Wednesday at Meadowglen International Athletics complex for the Division athletics. The efforts of all students are to be commended, with all students finishing in strongly in their events. A number of students secured a spot at Regional athletics on Wednesday 11 October. Thanks to all those families who came along to support. An event for those students who have qualified for regional athletics will be available through Compass. Parents will be required to transport and supervise their child at the event.
