Body Sytems

Students in Year 8 BEST have been learning about body systems, including the respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems. Yesterday, students had the opportunity to observe and examine a sheep pluck to better understand body parts and how they look in real-life. Next week, students will have the opportunity to perform their own heart dissection.

Cell Models

Year 8 students recently showcased their understanding of cells by creating detailed models using various craft materials. This hands-on project allowed them to demonstrate their knowledge of cell structures and functions in a creative and engaging way.
